1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain products such as personal care items, customized products, sale items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
